Richard Oakley
DIRECTOR


Richard founded the business in 2018. A Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years of experience, he is in his element working directly with clients getting the strategy right and setting up the project for success. Richard enjoys the challenge of ensuring commercial priorities are realised through the delivery strategy and has a particular strength in engaging key stakeholders to promote the interests of the client or project.

Sean Harries 
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR


Sean joined No. 6 Developments in 2022 having worked across a range of construction sectors for over 18 years and brings a wealth of project, programme and development management expertise. Sean has a relentless focus on delivery and ensures the very best outcomes for clients through the assembly of high performing teams.  With a background in housebuilding, Sean’s emphasis is on creating commercially viable, market facing schemes.

Jack joined No.6 developments in 2025 and has over eight years experience in project management. Jack brings site based practical experience gained from his time working on the contracting side. Jack’s diligent, personable approach has seen him successfully project manage complex projects. Jack has a passion for working closely with his clients to deliver their objectives.

ADMINISTRATOR


Hannah has been an integral member of the team, supporting No. 6 Developments since the company was established in 2018.  Hannah is well known to our clients and consultant teams given the multi-disciplinary nature of the work and is well-versed in juggling busy schedules.
